We are eclipse EIO, pioneers of Employee Investment Optimization. We’ll help you take control of what you spend on your people, so you can build a more productive and profitable business.

A big part of our business is mostly software based but also includes the human aspect. A differentiated component of our program is to help businesses maximize their EIO:

  • Waste is exposed and reduced
  • Repetitive and redundant tasks are eliminated
  • Exposure to sanctions, fines, and lawsuits is limited
  • Time and money saved can be reinvested in ways that will build a more productive team

This project will include software development to achieve these goals, as well as, develop software to analysis data, which will be used to further optimize the employee investment which will result in the future profitability of the client.

Background and required skills

Research Objectives/Sub-Objectives:

  • Develop software that through algorithms will analyse data that in turn will assist companies become more productive and more profitable, through maximizing dollars spent on employees

Methodology:

  • Integrate all company systems icluding benefits, tima and attendance, HR, payroll, employee engagement and production
  • Build intuitive software to analysis trends to increase employee performance and effectiveness

Expertise and Skills Needed:

  • Superb communication skills – Be able to clearly articulate the concepts and document the findings
  • Ability to turn the concept into reality
  • Proven analyitical skills leading to solution development
  • Strong willingness and determination for solution development
