Prospective interns are asked to fill out the form below. Submissions will be acknowledged and a decision communicated within 2 weeks of submission. 

Upon acceptance, interns who do not have an indentified partner will be directed to view and apply to the current list of internship opportunities  by emailing enterprise(at)mitacs.ca

For interns who have an SME pre-identified, please ensure that both company and intern information is indicated in the corresponding applications.

CERTIFICATION

I certify that:

a.      I am a recent graduate or current masters or doctoral student of a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics Program from an eligible degree granting university or degree granting college in Ontario;

b.      I am eligible to work in Canada;

c.       I do not hold a full time position currently or have recently accepted a full time position;

d.      I have not left my current employment to apply for the Mitacs Enterprise program or am looking to leave current employment;

e.      I have read and understand the applicable Program Guidelines;

f.        I will notify Mitacs if I leave the Mitacs Enterprise program before the end date of Internship.

g.      I will attend the 1 day Orientation and 2 day Bootcamp provided by Mitacs during the course of the Enterprise program.

h.      I will complete the final intern survey upon completion of the internship
