Summary of Project:

Statistical analyses of clinical projects: including everything from determining sample population (power calculations) through to a complete statistical analysis plan design and execution.  The researcher would also participate in helping identify appropriate statistical analyses as well as guiding others within the research team.

Also looking to establish a project with a collaborator to work on the genomics and meta-genomics of the microbiome platform. The researcher would also participate in the implementation of an in-house microbiome sequencing facility, participating in the setup of a smooth operation as well as helping define the training parameters and how to appropriately evaluate the data from clinical samples.

Looking to develop longstanding relationships with principal investigators.
