Project Description:

Research current Canadian business customer journeys for small and medium business’ in regards to making payments – Rent, Payroll, Adhoc bills.   Propose streamlined workflows.  

Research Objectives:

  • Objective is to understand and discover any pain points that SME’s have with the current workflows.
  • What are the top pain points and how are they solved today
  • What are the variables that would make and SME change their behaviour and how resistant are they to change


  • Broad quantitative survey techniques
  • Analysis of results and report
  • Then focus on specific qualitative interviews (Skype or in person)
  • Analysis of results and report

Expertise and Skills Needed:

  • Good understanding of research methodologies.
  • High proficiency in statsistal research anaylsis and research report writing  at  survery and interviewing techniques
  • Understand the business case objectives
  • Great ability to synthis large amounts of data into a consise business case
