About the company:

The company is a developer of high performance, eco-friendly industrial technologies that produce leading-edge mineral compounds.  It has incorporated two subsidiaries to commercialize technologies for the production of precipitated silica (Silica) and high purity alumina (HPA).  HPA with a purity of 99.99% has a number of unique qualities and is being increasingly used in a number of fast-growing areas such as the battery and electronics industries.  We have solved key technical issues that will enable it to provide an HPA product with comparable or superior performance characteristics at a competitive price.  The company has organized a group of public and private organizations potentially interested in providing the $124 million required to construct its initial HPA plant.
