About the company:

Vize is a business collaboration intelligence software. We define this as taking the wealth of data that is readily available within organizations and translating it into insights. This intelligence helps businesses better understand things like- are the right customers being discussed amongst your teams, whether your teams are working on the right things, are they collaborating and is that collaboration efficient, are people remaining productive etc.

Describe the project.:

Vize wants to investigate what type of organizational insights can be extracted from the increased amount of collaboration data (MS Teams, Slackm Zoom, Webex..). The goal of the project is to create natural language processing algorithms and training the AI to detect and predict things like customer and employee churn in order to help organizations be more efficient based on historical data.

Vize believes that through using past success and failures as training data we will be able to accurately predict future outcomes.
