V-Train is developing a platform to deliver compliance, ethics and feedback training using a Virtual Reality interface. The platform seeks to benefit organizations by delivering compliance training in a manner that increases employee engagement, enables better internalization of materials and improves employee behaviour and outcomes, while also providing productivity benefits to organizations
Please describe the project.:
For this project the researcher will be working on:
- Identifying target module for delivery of VR training
- Creating VR training delivery playbook in physical form
- Building incentives and different scenarios in playbook using behavorioul science applications to better engage the trainee in the VR format
- Developing initial VR module interface using the playbook; develop parallel powerpoint training presentation for desktop delivery
- Analyzing the impact of training delivered using the VR interface vs regular desktop training
- Recommendations for generalized incorporation into different VR training module playbooks
Required expertise/skills:
We are looking for a researcher with experience in:
- Behavioural Science
- Ethics
- Virtual Reality programming (can work with vendor)
- Financial Compliance (can work with vendor)
