About the company:

Switch Research is a mental health resource company.  We are a self-funded start-up in Kelowna, BC, Canada.  We build products such as directed journals, and digital courses.  We use research to inform our product creation and we use efficacy studies to give validity and credibility to our products.  We are primarily an e-commerce business and our products are sold worldwide.  We are currently expanding our product offerings and are looking to build an application for increased product accessibility and efficacy.

Describe the project.:

We are looking to create an application for our mental health resources.  We want the app to be able to help inform our customers (through surveys, etc) what mental health resources would be the best to complete and in what order.  We also want our customers to be able to keep track of their progress and how they are feeling along the way.  In this way an individual would have help choosing what resource to use, and see how effective that resource has been for them. We are looking to provide our physical resources in a digital platform through an app.  We want this app to be able to help inform a user flow through the resources and provide valuable feedback on the progress of an individual. We are looking to use research to inform not only our products but also our app to ensure that we provide the best resources to our customers.

Required expertise/skills:

We are looking for a Neuroscientist, or Psychologist that can help inform user flow through an app.

Help develop the surveys to create a feedback model so that customers have a reference for where they started and how far they have come
