Describe the project.: 

The project focuses on examining past and current business practices, analyzing business health, and making recommendations on best standard operating procedures and key areas of focus with sales and marketing channels to scale the company, The main goal is to create a  business strategy plan, that can be executed.

The candidate will help to:

  • Provide guidance on business/ sales strategy, analyzing current sales channels, and making recommendations on key areas of focus to scale business
  • Assist with building internal team roles
  • Based on sales channels findings, make recommendations for marketing channels
  • Develop and implement a detailed business project plan to implement the findings
  • Facilitate discussions and meet with potential business partners
  • Assist with implementation of changes
  • Advice on export strategy
  • Implement/suggest ways to communicate sustainable business impacts to our customers. (new apps, marketing ideas, etc) 
  • Assess and analyze business practices and procedures including our SOPs, making recommendations for key improvements
  • Assist with sales strategy/plan and creating a customer avatar
  • Cash flow projections

The project will be done in hybrid mode.

Required expertise/skills: 

  • Experience in the consulting field or operating a business
  • Sales experience
  • A firm grasp of current market trends 
  • Previous experience in apparel or a product based business is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Robust interpersonal capability
  • Excellent analytical abilities
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Experience with financial planning
