About the company: 

We have been in business for over 45 years and we produce a variety of baked goods, from bread and buns to cakes pastries, and some gluten-free items, and we also offer sandwiches and soups. We have a large amount of wholesale and retail business. 

Describe the project.: 

The purpose of this project is to create a timer to control the processes involved with proofing and baking the various products that we make. While there are timers that offer “back of the house” timing features for a restaurant, there are none specifically geared to a bakery. Creating such a timer will allow us to work with individuals that are not normally suitable for the job.

The candidate must decide on a programming platform that is stable, and then build this program on said platform. They must work with me to ensure that all the features I want are in place.
