This service is dedicated to:

• Businesses and not-for-profit organizations looking for the right researcher to support them in their innovation projects
  • Mitacs works with domestic and international partners to circulate your opportunity throughout our post-secondary networks to find you candidates who are the best fit. 
• Researchers (professors or students) looking for the perfect opportunity to put their skills and knowledge into practice
  • If you find the right project, Mitacs will connect you to the company to discuss and develop the Mitacs research proposal.  

Here is what to do
If you are a researcher (student – from college to undergrads and graduate students – or post-doctoral fellows as well as recent graduate students from a Canadian college or university), explore the available projects using the filters below, and apply using the link at the end of the project description.

If you are a for-profit corporation, an eligible not-for-profit organization, a municipality or a hospital needing academic expertise for an upcoming project, please complete this form.

If you are a faculty member at a Canadian or foreign academic institution and are interested in one of these projects, please contact a member of our business development team.
