Describe the project.: 

The Trajekt Arc pitching machine is a cutting-edge tool for replicating in-game at-bats, revolutionizing baseball training. However, the current installation process is labor-intensive and time-consuming, averaging 1.5 to 2 days. To enhance operational efficiency on a global scale, our project aims to innovate and streamline the installation procedures for the Trajekt Arc.

Our primary objective is to develop and implement a new installation protocol that addresses the existing challenges. Initially, we will comprehensively document the current installation processes during on-site visits, identifying inefficiencies that hinder timely setup. With this data, we will craft an optimized installation strategy, scheduled for implementation near the end of the 2024 shipping schedule.

To achieve these goals, we will leverage advanced methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, which are renowned for their effectiveness in reducing operational inefficiencies. By applying Lean Six Sigma principles, we will systematically target areas where improvements can be made, ensuring a consistent and efficient installation process across locations.

Additionally, we will collect valuable insights from surveys and on-site observational notes, facilitating a deeper understanding of the specific challenges faced during installation.
