Advancement of a Precision Diagnostic Tool for Detecting Muscle Atrophy-Associated Small Molecules.

The management of musculoskeletal diseases is essential for reducing pain and disability,
preventing disease progression, maintaining independence, and promoting mental well-being. By
effectively managing these conditions and facilitating individualized therapy approaches, society as a
whole will benefit from reduced healthcare costs and improved economic productivity. Early detection
and proactive care are vital for the management of these diseases. In here, we are creating a point-ofcare
technology to enable real time monitoring of muscle degeneration. Our project will allow for the
development of this technology which uses a proprietary panel of biomarkers to assess muscle health
and monitor muscle atrophy. This innovative technology will empower more efficient healthcare,
enhance rehabilitation, and disease state.
