Advancing Real Estate Valuation: A Machine Learning Engine for Precise Price Estimation

In the proposed research project, linear regression, a machine learning method, will be used to create a system for estimating home prices. To pinpoint important elements that significantly affect home prices, the intern will analyse historical data from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). They will use this data to train a regression model, which will subsequently be able to precisely predict a house’s price based on its qualities. The partnership organisation will gain from the project by receiving a trustworthy and precise real estate price estimating engine. This tool will assist the company in making wise choices, such figuring out fair selling prices for properties. In the end, it will boost their overall business operations and their capacity to service their clients.
