Analyzing the Revenue Stream of Voltfuse

The aim of the proposed project is to analyze the value proposition of a new potential revenue stream for VOLTFUSE. VOLTFUSE is a market segment player with a specialization in headwear and apparel that primarily targets the snowboarding market while selling its products both online and in stores. Specifically, the Company has taken note that ski resorts have expressed significant interest in collaborating with companies like itself to both host events and create compelling digital content. This project will provide VOLTFUSE with a thorough analysis of the revenue stream in order to establish whether it is economically viable and also, have beneficial advantages to the stakeholders. It is from that perspective that this project has been proposed to address the issue. In particular, the project proposes to use a mixed research method (qualitative and quantitative) in order to analyze the concept and provide a recommendation on the economic and social viability of VOLTFUSE’s future partnerships with ski resorts.
