Background
The C.O.D.E. Initiative’s main operations rely on the personal understanding created between each student and their tutor. Being physically present with students is a crucial part of creating this bond. While the health and safety of our students is of utmost importance to us, we recognize that the community built around our services provided solace for many families. The normalcy and routine that is integral to the well-being of many of our students has undoubtedly been disrupted. Consequently, previously planned expansion efforts in our organization have also been halted, hindering peaking growth. Current team efforts have been refocused on adaptation and recovery with regards to the pandemic, its limitations, and its long-term aftermath. As part of our team you will be an internal catalyst for these changes, in transitioning towards other models of business, while maintaining the neuro-divergent specific principles of our model.
