Business Strategy Internship

We are looking at a strategy that addresses the two issues stated above. A way for Carlyle to pivot to expand their bundling approach (mentioned in issue one), to be a competitive advantage in the shrinking market, and issue two getting us engaged in the changing workflow within our customer companies. The objective of the project to investigate the options, do market sizing, competitive landscaping, and develop the action plans of implementation of the strategy.
One of the areas we see on the horizon is completing the workflow of office printing. Right now, we are on the creating side (printing a page), we think there are opportunities to continue the journey of that page. What do they do with that printed page? File, modify, store, destroy, secure, distribute and so on. The intern would work with us on exploring and researching the options of expanding Carlyle’s services further down the life cycle of that printed page.
