CAP Immobilier, over the years, has greatly extended the number of characteristics entering into the real estate valuation formula, and has digitized all this data within their database. With the help of JACOBB and this internship, CAP Immobilier expects to be able to quantify the contributory element component value a property accurately and having never been able to do before coming of using AI to lead to such advanced analysis. The internship will focus on build machine learning models to extract information from the collected data in order to refine the real estate valuation.
