Demand Forecasting and Inventory Planning

Pixie Mood does not have a data-based demand forecasting process, which has resulted in high costs caused by understocking and overstocking. The objective of the project is to design a systematic process of conducting bottom-up demand forecasts, built from selling channels, to be used for supply planning. The project will be focusing on building a demand forecasting model to map out the supply to manufacture to meet customer demand. The end deliverable will help Pixie Mood improve the agility to make timely operational decisions, decrease the cost of executing obsolete products, and prevent loss on sales.
