Design of an integrated human resource platform
This innovative product is unique as it would enclose all business functions into one Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, enabling companies to use NetSuite for their one stop shop as a 360 system. It will allow integration of an accounting system with the ATS, a functionality not available with the other systems. The intern’s primary goal will be to research about competitors and gather feedback to make ATS a better product for the users. This will create the foundation for future product innovation, and allow the company to access new markets.
