Development of a novel class of targeted covalent inhibitors for the treatment of AML and other aggressive cancers

While significant progress has been made in the treatment of certain cancers, many cancers including acute myeloid leukemia and brain cancers, remain largely untreatable. We are developing unique small molecule-based synthetic therapies, which are expected to deliver more effective and less toxic therapies aggressive cancers.
