Development of a Scalable, AI-Enabled Internal Operations and Reconciliation Platform for Fintech Systems
This project focuses on building a scalable internal operations platform for MyBeacon to replace its current Retool-based system and support growing transaction volumes and product complexity. The platform will automate reconciliation, provide real-time visibility into transaction states, and introduce configurable workflows that reduce reliance on engineering teams. It will also implement stronger operational controls, such as maker-checker approvals and audit trails, to improve reliability and reduce risk. Targeted AI features, such as anomaly detection, will be incorporated to streamline operations and improve issue resolution, resulting in a more efficient, flexible, and production-ready system for managing financial workflows.
