Les gouvernements fédéral et provinciaux et les acteurs privés (banques…) ont mis en place des programmes de financement et d’aide à l’accompagnement. Des écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux se sont renforcés ou ont émergé récemment. Notre étude vise à comprendre leur fonctionnement, leurs pratiques et les conditions de leur réussite.
