FFUN – Orientation

Trying to elevate the growing struggles of labour shortage by focusing on trying to retain newly hired employees. Looking at how employers can properly onboard employees and ensure they are fully exposed to the organizations culture as quickly as possible. This will create a bond with the organization and increase the likelihood of retaining top talent.
