HR Coordinator Co-op

Binary Stream is an organization with under 100 employees, where they have been carefully managing their spend to be fortunate that they haven’t laid anyone off as of today. In cost effective way, they are lining up resources to capitalize on the opportunities that they know will become available. One of Binary Stream’s biggest challenges to growing and scaling their organization is their ability to attract and recruit top talent in the highly competitive technology labour market of the lower mainland. The HR co?op will assist and support the important work of strengthening Binary Stream’s employer brand, culture and recruitment activities. The intern will undertake many projects such as aiding with and facilitating the human resource processes, being responsible for facilitating all key HR functions and programs, suggesting improvements to HR policies, processes, and practices, acting as the first point of contact for HR?related queries from employees and external partners, maintaining current and former employee records, managing HR documents, updating internal databases, and providing support to HR team members.
