Mental health issues are common worldwide and affect people in many ways. In Canada, one in five people are
dealing with a mental health disorder. The result of this is high emotional costs to those individuals and their social
networks, and high economic costs to the country’s healthcare system.
Refresh Wellness intends to offer a novel approach to preventatively address this ongoing challenge, in Canada and
abroad. We are in the process of developing a comprehensive mental wellness platform, the Refresh Wellness App
(RWA), that can be used in both individual and workplace settings to monitor and analyze mental health patterns, and
generate personalized, research-backed solutions to address them.
Refresh is getting ready to release the Refresh Wellness App to the Saskatchewan market. Therefore, we will need to
develop a deliberate roadmap in order to ensure we make a strong entrance. As far as we know, RWA is the first
platform of its kind to be released in Saskatchewan; therefore, the plan to bring it to market will require a fresh
approach, with methods that will work well for this product in Saskatchewan. Along with this, a robust marketing
strategy, innovative branding, and updated organizational processes are essential components. This project aims to
develop executable plans, streamlined processes, and new materials in the above areas that will together assist
RWA’s initial entry into the Saskatchewan market.
