Milksta Moms Inc- Operations Strategy

Milksta Moms Inc is a startup company that requires assistance with structuring the business. The overall purpose of the project is to identify short and long-term goals and build operations strategies to achieve them. The project also aims to prepare employment, customer service, production, and delivery policies for the company. As a growing company with increasing demand for its products, Milksta requires proper product handling processes and assessment of storage requirements . The intern’s primary responsibilities are to assist in creating the policies and identifying an efficient operations system. Besides this, there are other tasks that the intern will cover, such as identifying potential growth opportunities, setting quality standards, and identifying alliances. Through this project, we aim to help Milksta run their business efficiently.
