PataBid Quantify is a construction estimating software platform that helps construction professionals manage bids and project estimates. Our current user interface was built using multiple free, open-source tools pieced together during our early bootstrapped startup phase when we couldn’t afford commercial development solutions. While this approach allowed us to launch our product, it has created a patchwork interface that lacks consistency and polish. Users have reported glitches and bugs, and we’ve recently lost two important sales because prospective clients found our inconsistent interface untrustworthy compared to well-established competitors. Having now secured two pre-seed funding rounds and working toward Series A, we’re ready to modernize our platform by migrating to Kendo UI—a professional, commercially supported interface framework. This project will systematically replace our fragmented components with a unified, polished interface that looks and feels professional throughout. The intern will audit our existing interface, design the new unified system, implement the changes, test thoroughly, and help deploy the modernized platform. This transformation exceeds our internal team’s capacity while they maintain daily operations, and it will directly enhance our market competitiveness and restore client confidence in our software.
