Strategic Business Analyst

This project will be focused on observing the changing nature of the auto retail market and assisting the executive team in making marketing and customer support decisions and changes, backed by data and continued observations to determine levels of success from these changes. Collecting data and key metrics for this changing market would help VINN make strategic decisions for, primarily our marketing and customer service teams, and in some instances, the product team as well. Confirming a revised workflow for our marketing and customer teams will be critical for our continued
nationwide expansion, and movement into the US market.
