Synthese d’alcaloides basée sur la chimie des thioimidates

Le projet a pour but de développer une approche synthétique de la céphalotaxine, un produit naturel anticancéreux. Ce produit naturel, bin que connu de longue date, n’a jamais été synthétisé sous forme énantiopure, et est utilisé via extraction de plantes source. Les études proposées viseront à définir une route d’accès synthétique à cette molécule naturelle afin d’en étudier à long terme des dérivés potentiellement actifs.
