They are seeking to enhance its digital infrastructure by implementing or replacing software, integrating applications, and developing workflow automation solutions. A key challenge they face is the inefficiency caused by disconnected systems, manual processes, and outdated technology, which hinder productivity and scalability. This project aims to address these issues by creating seamless connections between systems, improving data flow, and optimizing operations through automation. By leveraging expertise in software integration, debugging, and problem-solving, this initiative will go beyond day-to-day activities, driving innovation and long-term operational improvements.
