Talent Sourcing Specialist

I will be working at Premier Recruitment Services, as a Talent Sourcing Specialist. PRS is a company that recruits Senior Accountants, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners for Public Accounting firms, and Financial Analysts, Controllers, and C-suite financial executives for industry roles in an ethical and transparent way. I will collaborate closely with one of our Senior Recruitment Consultants and the business development team to ensure we identify and hire the best talent. My main responsibilities include sourcing recruiters for Recruit N Refer, souring audit professionals for PRS, performing business development research, and creating newsletter content.
