The Post-Pandemic Economic Recovery Plan

The Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation (ORCF) is currently undergoing a strategic planning process.
· A few challenges facing the ORCF in light of COVID-19 are:
o Decline in donations
o Cancellation of events and related revenue

To help the ORCF adapt to the new economic reality created by COVID-19, we will develop a post-pandemic economic recovery plan in which I will assist with the strategic planning process activities (Stakeholder Survey Outline, Stakeholder Focus Group, Employee Focus Group, Industry Trends). Moreover, I will determine the viability of various business projects, determine the target audiences and develop innovative marketing strategies to address target audiences.
