This project will help the Victoria Hand Project improve how it communicates with the public and raises funds. The main goal is to review the organization’s current marketing efforts—especially on social media—and figure out what is working well and what can be improved. The intern will collect and analyze data like engagement, audience growth, and donations, then use this information to create a clear and practical strategy for measuring and improving future communications. This will benefit the organization by helping it use its limited time and resources more effectively, reach more supporters and donors, and strengthen its ability to fund and grow its programs over the long term.
