Westland Insurance-Learning & Career Development Intern-Komal

Westland Insurance has grown into one of Canada’s largest independently owned insurance distribution businesses. Our head office is located in Surrey, British Columbia and we have over 190 locations across Canada. This internship project will involve identifying the best local and national practices around talent acquisition and employee retention and will support our organization to maintain its place as an employer of choice. As part of this project, the Learning & Career Development Intern will create career pathing documents, record and catalogue findings, launch materials, present reports to our human resources team, and develop content for appropriate career paths at national level, for positions such as: Branch Manager, Senior Personal Lines Broker, Commercial Account Manager, Claims Advocate, Underwriter, Senior/ Specialty Underwriter and others.
