Mycro Harvest is a agriculture technology start-up focusing on revolutionizing mushroom production through implementing cost-effective automation and artificial intelligence models. Despite the increasing demand for mushrooms in various applications ranging from food to bioplastics, the industry faces significant challenges in scalability and efficiency. The application of our AI-based vision models aims to automate what has previously been a labor-intensive and specialized task, thus increasing yield, while decreasing crop loss and enabling more scalable farming operations.
