Research Project Coordinator

In the next few months, we seek to build our projects that have been put on the back-burner‚ and ensure that they move forth to offset some reduction in client work. These projects will set us up for improved business structures and success in 2021.
• Identify needs within Lux team members on how research projects are moved from different stage to completion
• Research, identify, and shortlist performance management systems
• Research, identify, and shortlist project management software
• Present findings from research for systems and software
• Develop and integrate process documents that transition current performance management documentation to
new system
• Create internal and external reports
• Develop and integrate process that transfers current project management activities into selected software
• Learn and implement new digital solutions
