In-vitro evaluation of pro-resolution therapeutics on epidermal cell susceptibility, proliferation, and migration
This research project will seek to investigate the effect of Noa’s pro-resolution therapeutic drug compounds
on keratinocyte and fibroblast cell migration as it relates to dermal wound closure. This project will investigate
the impact of the therapeutic drugs on skin cell viability proliferation, and mobility using a multitude of different
assays. In better understand how the drug impacts the molecular mechanism of cells we will expand the
knowledge base that surrounds skin healing. This project will collect evidence that will help move this
therapeutic drug from the lab bench to the bedside of patients in a safe and efficient manner.
