Mitacs launches first-ever podcast: The Edge

The Edge explores the Canadian innovation ecosystem and discovers the cutting-edge research and ideas that are transforming our world

Vancouver, B.C. – Mitacs today announced the launch of its first-ever podcast, The Edge. Produced by Katharine O’Brien and Kate Kenyon and hosted by Kate Kenyon, The Edge takes advantage of Mitacs’s place at the crossroads of innovation to explore the Canadian innovation ecosystem and discover the cutting-edge research and ideas that are transforming our world. 

Every year, Mitacs connects with hundreds of companies and thousands of researchers to make innovation happen. This gives the organization quite a view into what the brightest minds are coming up with all over the country. From this vantage point, The Edge brings listeners insight and thought leadership on what is coming next across the continuum of innovation from robotics to artificial intelligence to fashion to athletics to conservationism, and more.
