Mitacs will notify you of any updates by email and your profile on the Globalink Student Platform will provide you with the current status of your application.

Due to the high volume of applications, individual requests for status updates cannot be provided. Mitacs will inform all applicants if they have met the program eligibility requirements by November. Shortlisted applicants may be contacted by a professor for an interview between November and January and final results will be released in February.

Please be aware that eligibility and interviews do not guarantee an internship offer.
