1.1 Project title: Determining a Sustainable Business Model for the VERDICT Adjudication Platform

The vision for the VERDICT platform is to become the first choice for online event adjudication support in the global VTE research community, which will in turn contribute to the Network’s mission of promoting and facilitating clinical VTE research that is collaborative, methodologically rigorous, and yields valid results. This innovation project is focused on building the business model and promotional strategy for VERDICT. The project will allow INVENT-VTE and its partners to learn how to navigate the business and marketing space, as well as to equip the current team with the tools to move ahead with the potential ‘commercialization’ of the VERDICT platform.
