ArrKann Trailer & RV Centre is a third generation family owned and operated, privately held business. The company has six locations throughout Alberta, and over 130 employees. ArrKann has experienced significant growth over the past four years, adding four of their current six locations, and increasing their headcount by 49%.
The company has been working on developing key performance indicators to help support leadership and management in supporting this growth and driving its continued expansion. The leadership team requires readily accessible, accurate, and clear financial data related to department and location performance, as well as leading and lagging performance indicators to support strategic decision-making, and ensure timely, data-driven decisions can be made to ensure continued financial and operational performance. Examples of data to be included in the KPI Dashboard include sales, inventory, accounts receivable, and profit per employee.
