ACCOUNTIUM – Automation and Optimization for Accounting Workflow

Among many software development and data engineering services, Creative Emporium provides digital Account Maintenance, minimizing human intervention. Using cutting edge technology, the proposed AI-driven Accountium platform will execute the interaction between The System and The Accountant to the next level. Accountium will use International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In addition to account ledger posting, the business users will have the option to create purchase orders and send it to suppliers, process payroll for Employees on specified dates, and request a sales report covering a certain period. These features are not available in existing accounting packages in the market. Accountium will eliminate a lot of manual document upload and download steps.
Accounting rules vary geographically, e.g., country and province. Training accounting clerks is not trivial and the employee turnover adds burden to the training. In order to assist clients in diverse locations, e.g., Canada, US and Australia, Accountium aims to offer computer assisted solution applying machine learning, OCR, natural language processing and other full-stack development techniques. The system can be used in multiple countries bringing economic and technological benefits to Canada
