Advancing Financial Sector Innovation through Responsible Generative AI (GenAI) Practices

The financial industry is undergoing a transformative shift, with artificial intelligence (AI) playing a pivotal role. AI has emerged as a powerful tool for automating tasks, improving customer experiences, and driving operational efficiency. This project will focus on R&D activities integrating the “Responsible” GenAI principle into AI practices, considering AI ethics and regulations. It also aims to optimize monetization for Synechron’s innovation lab, Finlab, explore current/new AI applications, understand AI solutions’ value propositions, cost-benefits, and identify future AI scaling skills. It includes analyzing the AI ecosystem and strategizing partnerships, developing GenAI Proof-of-concept use cases within the AI team, and supporting the Montreal Delivery Centre (MDC) AI practices. These activities will help Synechron better position its North American AI Practices and business competitiveness, MDC capability scaling, and commitments to responsible FinTech innovations.
