Analysis, development and implementation of virtual and face-to-face mechanisms and tools to stimulate coordination, exchange and collaboration between members of a community of entrepreneurs

This project seeks to perform an analysis about the dynamics of interactions between members of an entrepreneurship community. Entrepreneur’s behaviors will be compared with the literature on knowledge transfer and concepts about entrepreneur’s thinking. Using data collected within the entrepreneur community and concepts, the intern will define the parameters needed for the development of effective tools that help collaboration inside entrepreneurial communities. With these results, the intern will first propose design specifications and assist in the creation of an innovative platform designed to facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing and activity coordination within the Partner organization, i.e. La Gare’s entrepreneurial community. Second, a report on the fields of entrepreneurship, networks and communities, and collaborative innovation will be presented. This study will be helpful to the Partner organization in enhancing the attractiveness and cohesiveness of its community. The intern, and the whole research community, will benefit from this research by studying from an inside perspective interactions within an entrepreneur community.
