AVA Industries Ltd. – Client Success Representative

b) Clinic Success Representative – this role will be responsible for working with existing customers to ensure they’re getting the most out of the AVA platform. This will include monthly check ins with existing clinics as well as ad-hoc support calls to help troubleshoot concerns. Part of this role will be helping to develop a sustainable customer support and communications strategy to help integrate the development team with the support/feature feedback cycle. By the end of the experience the intern will have significant experience in the lean feedback cycle for software development and AVA will have a further sustainable process in place to allow us to ensure our customers are ecstatic about AVA Platform.
