BSI-SMU – Chef and customer onboarding optimization

Easy Platter is looking to scale nationally. For which, we need to meet 2 primary objectives:

1) Build a chef onboarding platform that enables chefs across Canada to sign up
2) Optimize the customer journey by creating stickiness on the platform

This project is key for Easy Platter as we move from a NS based company into a national brand. We want to make it easier for Chefs across the country to sign up and also, enable the customers to engage on our website seamlessly and get more for their value.

We would also link the new developments with Hubspot (our CRM system) which would help us to learn more about chef profiles, manage schedule and build a pipeline of supply of chefs.

Using intelligent insights, we would like the customers to be able to learn about their grocery spend, nutrition and food waste. All under one platform.
