Business Action Strategy for thegreenrock social enterprise

Guide to the Good is the social enterprise of thegreenrock. It’s a customized online searchable member-based content hub for locally-owned, locally-operated, locally-headquartered companies and organizations.
Guide to the Good uses digital marketing and human relations to promote local, social and green choices toward healthy, flourishing people and sustainable communities in Newfoundland and Labrador. Revenue is generated through member fees (Change Maker, Grower and Community Builder, Hubs) Grants, and Services
Now in its third year, Guide to the Good has proven itself as an award-winning resource-rich content hub that offers tremendous value to members through services and benefits. The site sees 1000+ visitors per week, leverages up to $10K US per month in Google Ads, and has a growing base of followers.
There are numerous opportunities for Guide to the Good to grow and scale, and to reach the next level we need an integrated business action plan and sales/member recruitment strategy.
Guide to the Good is an enterprise of stories and connections, inspired by nature, culture and community. We promote local, social and green choices to build sustainable communities and toward that, help local companies thrive through smart, content-based digital marketing.
