The project will focus on creating business development strategies to aid with the rollout of these projects. The main goal of the company is to continue growing the brand awareness throughout North America and break into the European market. The innovation to be developed is a business model catered for Europe (through logistics, feasibility, warehouse management, market research, marketing) and North America. The methodologies that will be used are various business frameworks and processes that will help Doggy Bathroom determine the needs of the business and an implementation strategy.
