CBSR is a leader in advancing sustainability and corporate social responsibility across Canada, working with organizations to integrate sustainable practices into their business strategies. As part of a network of organizations focused on fostering a socially just, sustainable, and net-zero economy, CBSR faces the challenge of optimizing its member engagement and program delivery to effectively serve a growing and diverse network. Currently, CBSR’s member programming includes webinars, workshops, roundtables, and in-person events, but the organization seeks to enhance the efficiency and impact of these initiatives. The innovation challenge is to improve the coordination and execution of these events, streamline internal processes, and elevate the member experience through better communication, marketing, and follow-up strategies. This project will support CBSR in implementing innovative solutions that go beyond daily administrative tasks, creating lasting improvements in how programs are organized, marketed, and communicated. The intern will contribute to the development of new processes, enhance digital platforms, and design impactful communication materials, ultimately leading to more effective engagement and a more cohesive member experience. Expertise in project management, event coordination, social media strategy, and CRM tools is essential, as the intern will help CBSR build new systems to maximize program outcomes and strengthen member relationships.
